The bi directional synchronization between Microsoft Outlook and ServiceNow facilitates smooth operations in both environments. End-users can make their reservations in Outlook; the FM department can manage bookings in Ask James.
Ask James is developed together with your facility manager(s) and is tailored to your specific needs. Ask James facilitates end-users to the max and – at the same time – diminishes pressure on FM departments by automating the order flow where possible.
